I can't set reply-to address for email forwarder

I can’t set reply-to address for email forwarder on Gmail. I’m following this tutorial , but I’m getting an error message: “Authentication failed. Please check your username/password and less secure apps access for milanbozik90@gmail.com”

PS: I put my gmail address as username and my gmail password as password.
Please see the picture and thanks for the help.

Try logging into GoogleMail like normal at mail.google.com etc then click https://accounts.google.com/b/0/displayunlockcaptcha

Also check here to make sure https://myaccount.google.com/u/0/security#signin 2 Step verification is turned off.
